SyberLearning LIVE™ is a registered trademark of Sybase, Inc. and cannot
be used without legal written consent from Sybase Inc. NAO Education. The legally
registered SyberLearning LIVE™ student is the only student who may attend
any portion of any SyberLearning LIVE™ class(es.). Invitations to any
SyberLearning LIVE™ class(es) may not be copied, forwarded or in any other
way used by anyone other than the intended recipient. Sharing the training event
with others in any way, or recording, publishing or distributing any portion
of any or all SyberLearning LIVE™ class(es) is expressly prohibited and
constitutes fraud on the part of the legally registered student and his/her
company. Printed course materials are distributed only to the legally registered
SyberLearning LIVE™ student for the specified class. Certificate of Completion
will not be sent to any student who misses all or part of his/her registered
SyberLearning LIVE™ class or in any other way fails to complete the class.
Invoice credits or payment refunds will not be issued for SyberLearning LIVE™
class cancellation(s) made within 11 business days before class start date.
Sybase Education reserves the right to cancel SyberLearning LIVE™ classes
up one week prior to the start date. Terms and conditions subject to change
without notice.
