Cancellation Policies for Sybase Education Offerings

Client Site Classes:
Sybase Education requires a minimum of three weeks notice for cancellation of a class. Sybase Education will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation that occurs within three weeks of the class date and a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellation within two weeks of the class date. Sybase is providing this education to the customer, its employees and its contractors. Open seats may not be offered to third parties without Sybase's prior written approval.

Learning Center Classes:
Sybase Education requires notification of cancellation at least 11 business days before start date for a full refund. A cancellation number will be provided at time of cancellation notification. No cancellation is confirmed until cancellation number is issued. If you are not able to attend, please notify us 11 business days before the start date or you will be responsible for full payment. Sybase Education reserves the right to cancel learning center classes up to two weeks prior to start date. Please consider this before purchasing non-refundable travel tickets. Please keep in mind that charges for late cancellations will not be applied as payment for future classes.

SyberLearning LIVE™ Class Cancellation Policy:
Sybase Education requires notification of cancellation at least 11 business days before start date for a full refund. A cancellation number will be provided at time of cancellation notification. No cancellation is confirmed until cancellation number is issued. If you are not able to attend, please notify us 11 business days before the start date or you will be responsible for full payment. Charges for late cancellations or failure to attend will not be applied as payment for future classes. Sybase Education reserves the right to cancel SyberLearning LIVE™ classes up one week prior to the start date.
