Unlike single-channel solutions, Sybase mBanking 365™ supports all three mobile channels: SMS, mobile browser and downloadable phone client. This enables financial institutions to select the appropriate channels for their mobile service offerings. Financial institutions can choose to implement all modalities at once, or start with one modality and add as they see fit.

SMS Channel Support: Users receive SMS alerts and can pay bills, transfer money, check balances and receive mini-statements using SMS commands. Security is provided through out-of-band authentication.

Mobile Browser Channel Support: Users can perform banking tasks securely from their mobile devices using the built-in micro-browser.

Downloadable Phone Client Support: Using the mobile client the user can securely perform banking tasks through a rich user interface.
