This letter provides notification that as of the date indicated below, Sybase will no longer be accepting technical support calls/cases for the following third party product resold by Sybase.

As this is not a Sybase product, Sybase is not specifying a product migration path in the form of a Sybase product.

For a number of years, Sybase has resold Boeing’s Spatial Query Server and acted as the frontline point of contact for technical support. In 2010, Sybase was acquired by SAP. As part of the integration process, it was determined that Sybase will no longer resell Spatial Query Server licenses.

Sybase will, however, continue to field technical support calls/cases for Spatial Query Server until June 30, 2014. If you would like to continue to receive technical support and/or maintenance for the Spatial Query Server product after this date or if you would like to buy additional licenses, please contact Boeing's ISG Product Group for details: customercare@boeing.com or 800-220-6081. Boeing has advised Sybase that they intend to continue product development and support of Spatial Query Server beyond June 2014.
