With Sybase® Multi-Path ReplicationTM (MPR), Replication Server can now split replication paths between multiple publishing threads, multiple replication servers, and multiple network paths.

This session takes a detailed look at MPR, highlighting when MPR is necessary, critical considerations for implementation, and typical parallel replication techniques. In addition, we will discuss the MPR implementation within ASE 15.7 and RS 15.7 with a focus on the multi-threaded RepAgent, MPR primary connections, dedicated routes and multiple DSI (MDSI) replicate connections. The focus will be on Sybase ASE as the primary source and Sybase ASE and IQ as the replicate systems.
