Drawing Tools: Too Primitive for Enterprise Architecture

There are a lot of tools available to help with Enterprise Architecture implementations, but sometimes the easiest, cheapest tool available will provide no more than a picture. That picture becomes obsolete the minute there is one change to the enterprise, and since change is constant, organizations are relying on robust modeling tools like PowerDesigner to help create more than just a picture of the Enterprise.
