SQL Anywhere 11 Developer Edition Software Operating System and CPU Requirements
Note: To install SQL Anywhere 11 Developer Edition, the minimal free disk space requirements are roughly equivalent to twice the size of the download (e.g.: approximately 300 MB for Windows and 400 MB for Unix). The free space must be available on the drive specified in your TEMP environment variable. If you do not meet this minimal requirement, you may experience errors installing the software.

If you are running a SQL Anywhere network database server, you must have appropriate networking software installed and running.
