This paper describes how to mobilize the data stored in the Order Entry (OE) and Human Relations (HR) sample schemas that are provided with the Oracle Database installation. The example used in this paper illustrates mobile sales staff with a local SQL Anywhere database that is synchronized with a corporate Oracle database. Each salesperson can download a subset of the corporate data to their laptop or handheld device, and manipulate that data from the remote database.
