- Minimum support included in the program (fee for service options available)

- Limitations in the product set available to be sold*
- There is no Silver program tier for distribution channel partners

Requirements
- Completion of program application form and acceptance into the partner program
- Completion of the partner profile
- Commitment to annual and quarterly business planning, reviews and reporting commitments
- Meeting annual revenue target
- Meet technical certifications and sales accreditations targets (set by each country)
- Submit a minimum of one success story annually for publication
- Quarterly sales training session for sales
- Provide level one support*
- Meet minimum requirements set for product demonstration facilities and capabilities

Management
- Each Gold Partner is managed by a Sybase CAM
- Contract schedules used to manage product category and restrictions
- Option to purchase through Sybase distributors or directly (Sybase online eShop)

Geographic Options
- Sybase recognizes that partners can operate beyond the barriers of a single country
- Partners can apply to be regional partners
- Global partner status is available by invitation
- Global and Regional Partners must still meet the requirements of each country that they wish to partner with Sybase in

- By invitation only
- Must be an Gold partner in three Sybase regions and be represented in at least one Tier One country in each region
- Commitment to global sale targets, annual and quarterly business planning and reviews
