Support Services: CaseXpress Hardware Upgrade for Increased Performance

Dublin, CA—On April 11 (5 pm PST) CaseXpress, part of the suite of online Sybase Support Services, will be upgraded to a new more robust infrastructure. Sybase support customers use CaseXpress to log new cases; attach pertinent files; update case information; check case progress; and view a list of their cases.

"Customers will see a 50%-60% increase in performance", said Gary Zaur, Vice President, Customer Services and Support, "and with the addition of the second server to handle fail over, this critical application will be hosted on a high-availability environment."
