• Technical Support Contact - Partners with technical support should select this option to download updates and access online support. You will need your technical contact ID or customer number to add this role. For help call (800) 879-2273 and select options 3,3.

• Developer - Enables access to free developer resources in the Sybase Developer Network.

• Partner - All partners should select this role to access partner discounts on eShop and the sales/marketing tools in the Partner Resource Center. Your email address and name must match our records. For help call (800) 879-2273 and select options 1,2.

Note: Downloading development and full-version software requires a separate login to the SPDC. To set this up call (800) 879-2273 and select options 3,3.
